Actual propaganda available from the North Koreans and promulgated here in America in the attempt, probably futile, that world opinion might have an effect on the luxury loving dictator, who rewards top aides and military supporters with luxury goods from the West while a large portion of his population is on the verge of starvation. Excellent place for research into the use of propaganda and dictatorial policies.
